Over 480 Therapy Sessions Raised for Child Victims
At this year’s Annual Benefit Auction a stunning 480 sessions of therapy for child victims of sexual abuse were donated by those who attended. These funds are matched by a grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce.
For families with a limited income, this program is their only opportunity for therapy with a trained professional. “It [therapy] was helpful by helping me get through what happened,” shared one 13 year old. “It is easier to share your load than to try to carry it alone.”
